Good in a pinch, but not for any long stays. I really appreciate them being able to accomodate us needing to check in early (we had our pet with us and needed a hotel due to termite fumigation). Unfortunately, somehow we had been booked into a smoking room (which was quickly rectified). The room was nice, but the microwave hadn't been cleaned very well (handle was sticky). The bed was pretty hard and there was a strong smell of marijuana from the smoking section on the other side of the hallway, so the entire hallway smelled... read more

Good Overall experience was good.we had little problem with the housekeeping,they have not cleared the thrash and room was smelling...

Decent I booked a room the day of NYE, so I expected it to be difficult to find a hotel at a decent price and location. I came across the extended stay so I booked and the hotel staff was extremely polite and friendly, the room was really clean and spacious, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. Any type of movement was really loud and it was kind of obnoxious. Overall though, for a last minute booking it did the job.

great, just disappointed that room was not fully stocked with utensils, plates and cups (they are all kept at the front desk) its inconvenient to make a second trip downstairs.

I know everyone has there own opinions on service animals but as a person's with mental and physical disabilities I feel disrespected by the comments made about my service pet who is trained to help calm me down with my PTSD manuc bipolar and anxiety levels yes he is still in training but he will service me everyday of his life just better to match as babies to know my manic and anxiety episodes.. but non the less was hurt and upset cuz I am get disabled legally both mentally and physically and to say my paperwork and dog is... read more
