Overall , it was a great property due to location but many of the guest whom were there unfortunately don’t know how to clean up after themselves leaving trash and debris outside of rooms and outside in parking area . It’s unfortunate because it’s a great chain of hotels that accommodates to individuals whom don’t know basics in life .

Hotel seemed fine on the exterior, however really needs some updating, and or remodel, also the housekeeping is really not great!

A mix of good and not so good When we arrived, we found out that our room was on the 2nd floor. This wouldn't be a problem, except my husband had cancer, and the elevator was out! They had absolutely no available rooms in the first floor. That was pretty awful got hubby because he had a limited amount of energy. The place had a strong outdoor, but that's just because they're all kitchen units and people can cook strong foods. No daily housekeeping, but that's due to Covid. Great Service My daughter & I arrived late night for a lacrosse tournament the next day & when we walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked the lady at the front desk to change rooms but unfortunately there were no rooms left. She was very apologetic and offered a discount which was kind.
