We had a wonderful experience!
But it was unfortunate that the elevator was broken that was not part of Expedia‘s release it was one of the first things the hotel shared when I called. They are accommodations in staffs kind hearts made walking the stairs really no big deal things happen and I understand that and their upfront attitude in apologies of it not being released at the time I made my reservations went a long way. The continental breakfast leaves room to go out to eat but I will definitely be staying here again

Unfortunately there are A fairly steady stream of homeless people camped around outside on the property. I spoke with some of them who told me they are on meth. They are sleeping outside on the property they are asking me for cigarettes when I go out to walk the dog, etc. I’m not sure what can be done. I feel a little bit unsafe to be honest. The facilities themselves are very clean and nice and the rates are good. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well.

I love how there was a kitchen in our room and a full size refrigerator, so it made it super convenient to heat up our food right there and store it away. The only thing I did not like is that they don’t accept CASH! My card was short a few dollars so I asked if I could do some in cash and the rest on my card and they told me they could not do that and that they might mot accept debit cards either. Elevator wasn’t working during my stay along with the ice machine..for $180 on a Friday night that’s not acceptable. Staff was friendly though.

Unhappy customer Front desk check in was super friendly but walked in and there’s fire department and sheriffs for two different situations. Elevator was out and unfortunately my room was on the third floor. Having the sheriffs and FD was unsettling enough, the hallways were dark and dinghy. Felt nervous for my safety.
