nice hotel ,wouldnt mind going back again. very comfortable family loved it. only issue someone knocking very loudly at our door. then leaving. other than that slept well after spending our day at legoland.

Very Nice Hotel Location was great, next to many ammenities and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Perfect for us I love that this place had a kitchen. It was close to a very nice beach (but definitely not walking close). It was right next to a busy road, but I couldn't hear the traffic. The front desk called to check in on things and room service also called to check in on our food stuffs. Very good customer service and a nice experience.

Decent, but not good The hotel was alright for what we needed (a place to stay for 4 nights, close to the freeway). BUT we had problems with the shower (most of the water came out of the bottom, not the shower head) and there was no change at the front desk to do laundry. Also, every time I went to the front desk, I had to wait for someone to come and help me. Lastly, (I didn't know the hotel's policy) but maid service is only once a week, unless you want to pay $3 a day for them to come every day.

Expected a little more The only purpose this hotel really served was to have a roof over our heads. I guess for the area, that's the only thing our money really paid for. We had to pay for Wi-fi in our room (only $4.99), and our room had the bare essentials, including the kitchen. No frills or luxury amenities. The bathroom wasn't what I'd call the cleanest of places (the faucet looked dirty), and it looked old (messy caulking around the sink area).
