The shower broke and bruised my foot the bed was not balanced my husband had a horrible sleep and what worse is management didn’t care or try to rectify the issue

It started off great but the stay overall was a pretty bad visit. The only reason I gave 2 stars bc they have this front desk clerk that works nights and she was very kind and friendly. The room itself had cockroaches. I counted 6 in 2 days. (Room 105) 1 in the shower, 1 on the wall next to the TV, 2 near the microwave, 1 on the desk, and 1 on bathroom sink. My experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. There were no soaps provided in the bathroom unless requested, and the breakfast options felt more suited for children. This was my first time staying at an extended stay hotel, and it will definitely be my last. Additionally, there was a strong scent in the room that caused me to sneeze all night long. Motel would have suited my needs.Paying such an amount and getting such a below par service is unacceptable.

the lobby smelled like a vape shop and the 2nd floor hallway smelled like old, stale bread. the shower was dirty with hair and crap all inside and there were blood stains on the AC unit. i wouldn’t walk bare foot in the hotel.

This hotel is so ghetto that there is always police activity. I normally book at this hotel cause it’s cheaper than most. Also elevator has been broken for the past 4 years.

Smells like cigarettes as soon as u get in the elevator and quite a few ransoms around the hotel. I would not have done more than one night there
