The staff was very friendly and helpful at this property, I booked it because it was pet friendly and so nowhere about extra fees, when I arrived I was told I needed to pay 25 dollars for pet cleaning fees, I told the attendant I booked on Expedia and no where in the details did I see that so fortunately he waived the fee. I paid over 200 for one night at this hotel, the decor isn’t bad, very simple and though you can ask for kitchenware and extra bathroom amenities it is VERY plain. La atención de la persona que esta en la Officina especial mente el senor grande de edad americano es genial y mui cortes y amable .y el cuarto mui limpio sin duda regresaria una vez mas al lugar mui tranquilo y acojedor

Pretty grounds. Quiet, but only on the inside of the courtyard. Friendly, helpful staff (Gerardo, Alex, Maria). Breakfast was inadequate.

Clean and Comfortable. Room was as expected. Not a 5 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Easy freeway access, kitchen was very useful. I'd stay here again.
