Keep looking. Spend $5-$10 more and get way more. Inside the room: Reeked of smoke. The shower squealed. The refrigerator in the room was turned all the way to '1', took hours to get to a useable temp. The A/C wouldn't turn on. The TV feed was poor. The internet was horribly slow (they try to get you to buy their 'faster' internet). The bed was the worst I've slept in in years (I travel 4-5 nights/mo for business). Windows wouldn't open (couldn't get fresh air from the smoke smell). Fridge woke us up early making crazy noise... read more

Would choose somewhere else Main reception closed at 11:00pm. Doors locked and the after hours staff could not find my reservation. Finally found the reservation in another building of the Hotel. Then to cap it off, no shampoo in the room.

Not happy The beds were not comfortable no housekeeping. I would not stay there again.

construction The morning after our night stay there was construction workers in the hall way. All you heard was there talking. I got up to take a shower and there was no shower curtain hanging. This was a bad stay for me and friend.. I will be notifying my co-workers this is not a place to stay at while traveling

no desire to stay Terrible - bad customer service and they did not want to provide the true of room I reserved for my father and disabled brother.

Upon checking in I was told that I would be required to pay $4.98 for wi-fi per night. This combined with no breakfast in the morning, I will not be staying at this property again.

Came for a quick sleep-in San Jose I needed a place to sleep for a short time. I found this place. It was relatively close. All good so far. The place was an efficiency studio. That seemed good. BUT I have to turn on the wall heater. I smelled like something was burning. I checked the air return and it was FULL of dirt/lint. Okay the smell went away. BUT the refrigerator cycled on and off. Pet Stains on the Carpet, Holes in the Blanket A visible and crusty stain was on the carpet right near the foot of the bed. There was animal fur on the room's only chair. The blanket had what appeared to be cigarette burn holes in it. The shower did not work. Finally, although the room was marked non-smoking, clearly someone had been smoking in the room very recently.

Would never go back When the elevator opened to the floor we were staying the condition of the hallway and carpeting looked like we had entered a flop housedue to stains and a tremendous amount of garbage! The room was slightly better and had it not been late there is no way I would have stayed.
