Customer service not good room was booked and paid for online. At check in they required that I put down $100 deposit for Incidentals and this amount was not credited back off of my card at the end of the stay. Staff said it would take 3-5 business days for them to transfer the amount off of my card. Instead of just taking my card as a deposit in case any incidentals wer incurred (like every other Hotel I have stayed at) they went ahead and charged me the $100 and then did not credit the $100 back at the end of my stay. i did not get the room i paid for. i paid for a king non smoking and when i arrived to get my room they said it was given to others who had arrived from a neighboring hotel that was overbooked. i was given a queen smoking room that smelled real bad. after i complained they ended giving me a queen non smoking room that still smelled bad. i just had to put up with it. but i wont be going there again.

This is supposed to be an extended stay facility. The so-called kitchen was a very cheap representation. There were only 2 of each item, 2 forks(different patterns), 2 spoons (two different sizes and two different patterns) the cooking pots/pans were cheap. We stayed three nights - they did not change linen. The coverlets smelled terrible. I can't imagine when was the last time they were cleaned. The towels and face cloths were old and of poor quality (rough and absorbent. Their "Grab and GO breakfast was a joke.

Not worth the money Stayed at this hotel for two nights. AC barely worked and the hallways were filthy. Not a horrible place but definitely not worth the room rate they charge. Wi-fi was excellent.

I will NEVER stay there again..... On checking in the girl at the front desk was kinda rude. I called for an early check-in they told me 2 pm I get there to check in the girl is huff & puffy cause she had to walk & see if the room was ready. she came back with a window screen in her hand. (later to find out it was from our window) Well we get to the room and the bathroom door is is VERY HARD to close. We had to lift up the door as e were closing it in order to shut all the way. Lacking My reservation said I had a non smoking room but they said their computer reserved a smoking room instead. After one night my clothes even smelled of smoke. The elevator had a problem and felt like it went over a huge bump whenever it went up. My key card stopped working on day three. There was no staff available at night . You could hear doors slamming during the night.

Good location, but room was dirty The location of the hotel is great, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I am a total stickler for cleanliness and was disgusted to find hair on the toilet seat, some sort of residue on the headboard of the bed and the door. I had to buy Clorox wipes and clean everything myself before I felt comfortable. I know the hotel is under construction, and the receptionist did say that they were short-staffed and only had 1 housekeeper...but still. A clean room is 100% absolutely a ... read more
