Worst stay ever. Room was dirty. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty. I had to ask to borrow an Iron for my clothes. You have to ask for anything you want to use. No blow-dryer, no dishes, no iron. I felt lucky to have soap. Towels in bathroom had makeup on them. I told hotel staff and they were very laid back about the whole thing. A part of the bathroom sink facing fell in the middle of the night..scared me. Will not stay here or any Extended Stay America, ever.

No Negotiation, no listing of a smoking room. Please begin to list if the room is smoking or non smoking

Motel 6 feel Felt like a motel 6 with hallways. No dishes in room. had to request them which is a pain arriving late. Room was musty smelling and bed was horrible. Would not stay again.

Gave my room away Arrived at hotel, was told there were no rooms available. Staff couldn't help me at all. Expedia took great care of me and found me another hotel, but Expedia customer service had issues getting anyone on the phone at this hotel to resolve the matter.

Confusing, Stinky and Rude! Oh My! Confusing because this owner had two Extended Stay hotels next to each other, but not linked together as one operation. So you go to one check-in only to be told your at the wrong Extended Stay. This confusion cared on even with the WiFi service, the same exact name for two different properties but different passwords. Stinky because they put us into a smoking room and didn’t bother to clean it properly. We had to go down to the front desk to get a bottle of Frabreeze spray and it was gone ... read more

This was our first time using Hotels.com to search for a hotel. Rating was not at all accurate. This hotel needs updating. The room smelled like rotten food, and was very noisy throughout the night. There was no way to control the temperature in the room, as it went from hot to cold, and back again. There were police in the lobby upon arriving.....never a good sign. Convenient, close to 101S but.. The Place mentions "Continental Breakfast" but it was far from the truth. It was more like "Breakfast on the Go" meaning, there is a small table with some muffins and fruits close to the Exit door. That is NOT a Continental Breakfast. I expected a place to sit and eat. Something warm to eat. There is a Coffee Maker in the room with no Cups, No Coffee. I wonder why ? Free WiFI and unusually slow. If you want faster, you pay for it !

condition Night shift took over 10 minutes to answer the door to check us in. No bathroom in lobby area. Room had no washclothes, no hairdryer. Worst of all woke up to make coffee and no coffe to go with the coffee pot. No extra amenities. WORST of all they had cockroaches on the third floor and the management did not care. Not a healthy place to live.
