Won't stay again Had to check in late and when we got there no one was at the front desk for about 5 minutes. Staff nice but it was a short encounter. Room was "clean" but questioned whether some of the sheets had been changed. It was outdated. The windows would not fully lock but seemed stuck enough they could not be opened from the outside. Not Impressed I was not pleased with this hotel. Even though the staff member who checked us in was friendly, I wasn't impressed with the overall hotel cleanliness and amenities. Shampoo was not included in our room. Even though our room was non-smoking, the smoke of cigarettes was in the elevator and in the hallways. The only good thing I like about the room was that we had a kitchenette so I think this would be beneficial for someone who is staying for more than one night.

Convenient When I was checking with the clerk the manager decided to butt in and switched the room. When I went to the room it was dirty, I went to the front desk and the manager was there, the next room he sent me to smelled of ammonia and I'm not talking about the kind you clean with. He ended up putting me in a "non smoking" room on the first floor. I decided to keep that room despite the fact that the bathroom smelled of smoke. Quality Very unhappy ;( Beds looked like they had dirty comforters. Poor mattresses un matching pillows.They did not offer room service if you needed a change of linens or towels you have to go down to the desk turn in your towels or linens to receive a clean set what is that all about and hotel itself has no quality whatsoever poor customer service skills called front desk 3 times never answered I had to go downstairs and request toilet paper and Kleenex box hallway smelled like smoke and marijuana in other words customers ... read more

Ok hotel Shower was broken and towels were old! Not very spacious and also charged to have room cleaned we did not bother with that!

Extended Stay America is not a Hotel When I saw this location on Hotels.com it looked like a hotel I'd stayed in, and I thought it was associated with it, but no. It's an extended stay residence. Does not have staff at night. The bed had been used, and I had to change my own sheets. In the morning, there was no coffee with the coffee maker and the staff was not scheduled to be onsite. Horrible stay The hotel room had a leaking kitchen faucet that was annoying. Kept me up throughout the night. Faucet to shower was loose as well.

Ok for a short stay The Hotel is in a nice location. the surrounding neighborhoods and area are clean and nice. Appears to be a safe location. The exterior of the hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. I've been in worse and I've been in better. That being said the shower diverter in my room was stuck in the on position, and the refrigerator motor sounded like it wanted to be somewhere besides in the refrigerator.
