The cigarette smell was extremely strong in the room, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was also very dirty. No toilet paper holder as well

the room was dirty the sheets were dirty looked like they had blood spots on them. something was leaking water on the. the shower did not drain, they didn't clean my room I called the front desk they were rude when I asked them why my room was not cleaned he said he would have them clean it in the morning so I asked for towels and he told me if I wanted them come down and get them this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at lots of shady people hanging around the outside and there were people sitting outside in their cars ... read more

Room had a bad odor, front desk give me odor spray and I went to the store to get air freshener. I did not stay the last day.

They gave me the last room available which never received housekeeping. The messy bed was full of hair and leaves. Bathroom had dirty towels and wash cloths scattered. They did give me a full refund…

It was not a good experience. It’s basically a transient hotel, with a very sketchy clientele…some a little scary, with dogs in the halls (they allow pets). The floors are filthy in the public spaces; rooms are old…no amenities of any kind; only one plastic glass; the kitchen had nothing; it was sad. There was a full laundry (part of the reason I booked the hotel) to handle a large amount of laundry from a cruise that ended a couple of days before.
