Too expensive. No coffeemaker and room smells bad I do not book again. Too expensive. No coffeemaker. No enought light

When we got to the hotel to check in the wait was really long. The manager was trying to do the best she can. There were no room ready when we got there. We book a queen non smoking room and got a double bed room. The headboard had stains and the room smells.
Trash from previous tenant were still in trash can Elevator broken, lobby and back door lock broken. Trash from previous tenant was still in the trash can. No bath room accessories were provided. probably won't come back again...
Check in process is a drag. Came in early at 2pm but was told checkin can only be done at 3pm. Came back at 3pm but there was like 50 people waiting to check-in with only 1 staff behind the counter! The room that I was assigned was average. But in the night from 9pm to midnight there was huge commotion from another room with people quarreling and shouting and banging of walls. Happened throughout until after midnight.
OK to stay for business trip Good location, room condition is nice. No room service during the five-day stay, which is typical now. Very limited supply of breakfast, once even out of supply...
The experience is good in overall The experience is good in overall, the room is clean and the environment is convient and very quite. it's good for business travel expecially when you have a jet lag need a rest.
