Typical ESA Experience Let me first say that I had a safe, clean room to stay in, and nobody robbed me or assaulted me at this hotel. Also, the young lady at the front desk was quite pleasant, considering it looked like she was the only person working there for the entire weekend I was there. However, when I arrived at 7pm, the staff were still fixing all of the air conditioners in the building, so they told me they were going to come in and fix mine, after 7 in the freaking night! Thin Walls, Questionable Towels, Broken Drain Plug Extremely disappointing. Surly hotel clerk came banging on my door late at nite to tell me my TV was too loud, despite the fact that the TV was somehow pre-set so that you could only turn the volume up to about 2/3 of maximum. Nonetheless, I figure that if I paid for the room, I should have the right to have the TV on 24 hours a day if I want. extended stay in morgan hill the hallways stunck of cigarettes smoke, good thing the window was left open because the smelled of carpet freshner. i would not recommend this place to my mom and she is dead!

The hotel was adequate and met your basic expectations. The hotel was clean, but the overall property is old. The rooms were clean and had basic utensils. The pillows were really soft and the beds pretty hard. Overall, it was fine stay.

Getaway bed was horrible hard as brick, the shower head Was plugged up, the carpet was dirty and stained. Uncomfortable chair. Lumpy pillows. Tv remote didn't work not to mention, the tv was about 16 " and was the old style tv. Leaves piled up around the interance of the hotel.

Extended Stay San Jose - 6199 San Ignacio Dr This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life. The first room, smelled of stale smoke and dirty socks. The furniture was from the 60's, beat up, and 1/2 broken, and my lap top screen was bigger than the TV. I could not even drop my stuff off in the room it was so nasty. I switched to a non smoking room, apparently their flag ship room. I was not impressed. The TV was small, and the bed was hard as a rock. Family Baby Shower Reunion We were very disappointed. The room was on the ground floor, steps from the lobby. The carpet between the kitchen area and the sleeping area was held in place with duct tape. I tripped on it during the night. The bed was very hard. I woke at 4am and was unable to get back to sleep for the remainder of the night. I was sorry I didn't have any sleeping pills. It was a huge disappointment. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

Avoid this hotel. Outdated, Unkept & Smells From the exterior, it looks like a nice place to stay but the rooms are incredibly outdated and uncomfortable. The employee at the front desk didn't greet us or say anything other than asking my name and then saying my room number. The room itself reaked of old garbage trying to be covered by chemicals.
