reasonable The room had a kitchenette and plenty of room with wifi. I was supposed to have a no smoking room but the room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. The cold water did not work -- turned off under the sink because of a leaky faucet valve. The noise level of the hotel was moderate. The front desk staff was nice.

Horrible Waited 2 hours to be given a room that was barely clean.

Nice, but had a mildly unpleasant odor. Mixed review. Funny odors, perhaps the room a/c filters need replacement. Nice area & convenient to shopping. Price was right. I found it disturbing that one of the exit doors had duct tape over the lock so it was accessible to anyone. Staff was nice, hotel was quiet. Sorry, but we would probably not stay there again.

Just OK Just OK. Customer service at front desk poor. Rooms ok, shabby. Smelt moldy. No hot water through out stay. No coffee in lobby. Served muffins for breakfast but they were all gone after first 5 mins. There are 3 other hotels within a block from this one that were pleasant for dame rate. Wouldn't make this mistake twice.

I did not like the fact that they don't have housekeeping unless you stay 7 days and still only clean the room once a week. The breakfast cart is a joke, I have stayed at other hotels, paid less and had better service and a much cleaner room.

Dirty hotel Moldy bananas and coffee was the "take and go breakfast". Horrible. Idf you don't provide it, don't advertise it. It was nasty. Not one single trash can in the room. Smelled of moldy carpet; therefore, on a very hot day, the air conditioner was on the arctic setting to mask the smell when you open the door to the room. Then there were the young ladies shouting out their room windows on the upper floors to the males in our party. Surprised this hotel does not charge by the hour.

Mostly typical Extended Stay Reserved a non-smoking room, checked in and it reeked of smoke. Asked for a different room, was provided one with a non-working microwave. By then, the front desk had closed, so my only option was to get back into the smoky room. Other than that, it was okay.

Won't stay here again Beds were gross and uncomfortable - bathroom was tiny- air conditioner was broken and apparently no handyman on weekends - overall room was not good
