Bad service all the around This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been a customer of Hotels.com for over 10 years. Hotels.com never sent over the reservation. So when we arrived at the hotel, we were told That we do not have a room or reservation. We showed the front desk the reservation printout, and they seemed irrated that they had to confirm with Hotels.com. We waited for over an hour to get that straight. Once we entered the room. Terrible experience at Extended Stay This hotel was woefully understaffed, and what staff they had was very cavalier toward the clientele. I came in at 3pm to check in and waited 45 minutes while the two clerks made excuses for why the rooms weren't ready (only one housekeeper for 99 rooms). I was with a group, and many in the group did not get what they had booked. The clerks shrugged their shoulders and said "well, we don't have two queens, you'll have to take a king." Disappointed We reserved the hotel 2 weeks prior to stay and requested top floor and got stuck on the first floor in a handicap hotel room. Room wasn't very clean, we got shampoo but no conditioner!! We woke up to eat "breakfast" and there was only super strong coffee and granola bars. Expected more for price spent. Will not stay here again.

Disappointed!!!!!! Stayed 2 days and 2 nights - They never cleaned the room, never changed the sheets and told me that if I wanted clean towels I would have to bring my dirty towels to the front desk and exchange them. I requested a copy of the paid receipt and was told they would email it to me - that never happened. Was told, when I checked in, that if I received a call requesting personal information not to give it to the person calling and notify the desk. Don't know what that was all about????

Major disappointment No one at front dest upon my arrival No hair dryer or coffee maker in room No cups or glasses to rinse mouth after brushing teeth These very basic ammenities should be stand in a room costing $100/night. I will avoid this chain of hotels and stay at the Holiday Inn Express whenever I can

Awful experience The hotel smelled worse than any building I have been in all year. I requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. Even my colleague that had a non-smoking room got ill because of the disgusting amount of cigarette smoke infiltrating through the hallways. The bed, sheets & pillows were uncomfortable & also smelled terrible. No service to speak of whatsoever. I have stayed in 100+ hotels this year & this one is by far & away the worst.

It was terrible I ever have taken before Although I was late to go there (around 1am), they didn't ask me when I can arrive but they just gave my reserved room to another customer. Also when I arrived there, they told me "no room available, so find another motel" If I were you I will not use this terrible motel.

Avoid at all costs. We had to stay here two nights due to a broken water heater at home. It was a uniquely unpleasant experience. We asked for a non-smoking room but the room we were placed in, though labeled non-smoking, smelled like it had been smoked in for years. Anything I took into that room still smells like smoke a week later. Only one burner of the stove worked reliably, and the dials were unlabeled (I guess trying to blindly guess how to not burn your food while still being able to cook it thoroughly falls under gu... read more

Hotel Smells terrible !!! The service when you first walk in is terrible . Not that they weren't nice but they have 5 other jobs and have to wait or yell to get their attention. After I checked in and as soon as I got out of the elavator , the hallway smelt terrible ! The smell carried into the room. Not to mention the smell coming from the room next door that at one point had 8 people hanging out smoking cooking and drinking . That's tight quarters for that many people in one place.
