No smoking please... We asked for no smoking and had the smelliest smoking room ever...hard to breathe, left the window open all night, still didnt help!

Terrible hotel to stay No room service for short term stay. Stayed there for three days and no housekeeping, have to reuse towels. Walls are thin; thus, will hear everything from next door. Hallways are full of cigarette smell. NOT recommended

ok stay but got double charged Everything was mediocre. No breakfast. No frills. However, my main complaint is I got double charged I had prepaid my room with hotels.com but after checkout found I had been charged again for my room.When I called to rectify it - the employee acted as if it was no big deal. Still waiting for refund.

No Breakfast and smelly room Hallway and room smelled. They advertise free breakfast but only provide coffee and a few snacks.

Several things about our stay. I booked on line and rooms were pictured and written as two dlb beds and a sleeper sofa. I also requested rooms be together due to having a four kids 4-13 yrs old. When we arrived, no request was on reservation and more importantly, there were no sleeper sofa's in hotel. I received less than what I paid for when booking on line with a hotels.com agent. Same trash in halls on Sunday as there was Fri when we checked in. Really smokey smelling.

disappointing way overpriced-bath floor dirty-2 spoons-1 fork-cooktop out of whack-not 1 wastebasket -would not recommend to anyone--sorry you booked it for me

Front Dest Clerk no helpful at checking fornt desk clerk not very friendly when I arrived late and Expedia had not sent in reservations. Not interested in solving my problem. Make sure you verify your reservations ahead of time. Do not believe Expedia's note that you don't need to confirm. My reservation had not arrived and at 11 pm when I tried to check in after a long drive, had spend another 30 minutes of stressful calling and redialing into Expedia customer service to find the reservation.
