The room we had was right off the lobby. It was so noisy we could not sleep. It felt like we had people in our room coming and going all night. Hardly any sleep. The room was okay. The kitchen sink drain was clogged. Someone had poured grease down it. But we did not use the kitchen so that was not a problem.

Needs work There was no daily cleaning service. When we checked in we had to wait 5-10 minutes while the woman at the service desk had to clean up. The toilet didn't seem to work at all.

We can provide daily cleaning, please contact the front desk for details and of course guests are welcome to exchange linen at the front desk. And yes, sometimes there is a line of people waiting to check in - sorry about that!
Heater in room did not work. Hair in shower
