The housekeeping was lacking... I stayed for 20 days and only had my room cleaned twice plus towels switched out one additional time. Each time they barely cleaned and left a sticky white cleaner residue on what they did clean. The phone in my room didn’t work. All of the furniture was chipped and outdated. There was pasta sauce or something splattered on the wall when I checked in and it was never cleaned during the duration of my stay. The hotel was great but there was no breakfast available at 8:30 am because other guests took several muffins instead of just one or two. Maybe have extra in the back for travelers from other time zones?

Business trip Everyone who worked including the owner was very nice and very helpful. I didn't read the reviews before booking ( my bad) if i would have i probable wouldn't have booked. Its clean but very very tired and old.. Our bed was suppose to be a queen and it was a double at best tiny little pillows and a paper thin blanket. We took our towels down each exchanged for fresh ones, that was no problem and there was no extra charge for that... We had no service in the room for the 3 nights we were there..
