Convenient location and good staff but train passing through the back of building daily.

Ivan the Great! Ivan from the front desk was great, we were giving him a "hard time" at check-in, just having fun. He was great and made sure we had everthing for the room that we needed.
Hit or miss. Some components of our stay were good and other parts not-so-much. Two of my colleagues had rooms that were in much better condition, mine was rough. On two different occasions, no staff on duty at the desk. The "breakfast" is muffin, granola bar, oatmeal and coffee. Lots of trains sounding their horns immediately behind the property (maybe ask for a room that faces the road?). No housekeeping service. But the price was in budget and located near our event. No front desk available have to wait more than 30mins so i have to leave and come back, no one answers the phone too.
