I love the location because it is only 2 minutes walk from our WSB Head Office. The front desk Gloria is awesome. She is very enthusiatic and positive in greeting people with a genuiene smile. She is also quick to respond to our request. I love it that there is a free breakfast and I also love our kitchen. It makes our stay more enjoyable because we dont need to always buy food from outside. The only thing that needs to be improved is the kitchen stuff. Out dated for the area I expected better for the area granted it was near Levi’s Stadium. Need major updating starting with the bathroom. I stayed on the first floor. Room smells like it had been smoked in previously and didn’t do a good job of covering up the smell. Anyhow won’t choose this properly again. Their coffee in the morning didn’t taste right didn’t care for the pre packaged muffins and granola bars too. Upon checking out time a worker comes to the room to see if you’re actually still there.
