Last min deal You get what you pay for, this hotel was no exception. Everything was just ok pet promise, but leaving room for improvement.

You get what you pay for Everything was okay. I got in to San Jose after midnight, so when I arrived at the hotel, the check-in desk had already closed. While I was able to get a room key, my name was not in the database, so I could not get WiFi access to do any work. A drawer in dresser was broken and did not close. Not a huge deal, but it would have been if I was staying longer and needed to unpack my suitcase. It's fine for a no-frills stay, and it is really close to my work. I would stay here again for a business trip.

Staff are so unprofessional Staff there was really unprofessional. Their front desk is open until 11. So if you're checking in afterwards good luck. The lady in the front had all reservations printed out for her & what she did was wrote down your credit card information on the back of a piece of paper for the morning desk crew to charge you.
