Clean room in good location at the right price I stayed for two nights while in Palo Alto on business. The hotel is located right off of 101 but in a quiet area with little traffic noise. Room was small but had everything I needed - comfortable bed, internet, minimal but free breakfast. No in room coffee which is the usual for this chain.

Decent value for the area, basic clean hotel. Would stay there again!

maintenance issues the first room i was put into had a broken air conditioner. the front desk was very nice and switched me to another room. the second room had a refrigerator that leaked all over the kitchen floor.there were also some large cockroaches on the property.

Close to light rail I use this hotel for business as it's close to light rail that takes me right to the office. Note this is an 'extended stay' hotel so you don't get your room cleaned every day. They also provide a small kitchenette with a fridge. The overall quality is mid-way between a cheap motel and a nice hotel. Tip: A shortcut to the light rail station is by walking through the parking lot of the NetApp building. Wifi Internet is included. A late-night cab ride from San Jose airport is about $35.
