Pleasant hotel, nice room, welcoming staff We had to stay in the hotel as an emergency - there was an unprecedented heatwave in SF over Labor Day weekend and our original hotel (4 Star rated no less!) had NO AIR CONDITIONING! All else was booked so we had to stay the Extended Stay America as a last resort. It was surprisingly nice and pleasant, with phenomenal AC! It was nice but I did not like the breakfast and the the breakfast area, is very small and very limitted items
Seamless check-in. Lobby closes at 11pm. Man at the desk wasn't very courteous. He was also very short with me when I called to inquire about plates, cups, etc. Tons on construction worker trucks on site, make it hard to park. Cute little suite. Everything was functional. Flat screen tv with HDMI input so if you bring your Roku or similar device, you are good to go! Thins sheets, next time I'll bring my own blanket.
