Just ok Great service at front desk, always responded quickly to requests. Room was just ok for the price - minimal utensils in the kitchen, not even a dish scrubber. The sofa bed didn't have any bed linen on it. The free breakfast was bare minimal. For the price, a motel 6 room with refrigerator/microwave seems like a better deal.

Good for Business Stay Front desk was helpful with a problem on the booking. Hotel was older but satisfactory. Hard to find your way onto the property because of where located but also close to 237 and 101.
update linens I would suggest to use cleaner, better quality beddings, linens & towels.
There was a mild odor in the room. It didn't bother me. Other people on business with me stayed the first night and cancelled their second night's reservation because of a strong 'urine' odor. It could have been the same odor, but the odor in my room wasn't strong. Personally, I would stay at this hotel in the future, however.
Acceptable Hotel The Extended Stay America was significantly cheaper than many of the other hotels in the area during my trip, so I decided to take a chance on it. It was definitely acceptable. Not great, but descent for the money. The "breakfast" included was just coffee/tea & shrink-wrapped muffins or granola bars. The bed left a little to be desired -- there was a plastic bag or something on my mattress below the sheet, so there was a crinkling noise with every little movement that was annoying. Front Desk Staff pushy & inneficient I needed to pay for my dog for the second day I was staying there so while getting breakfast in the lobby I told the girl at the desk that I would be back in a couple of hours to pay her in cash. Not more than an hour later she had called my friend whose credit card they had on file and told him she was charging the fee to his card then she also called my emergency contact person and told him they needed payment yet strangely no one ever tried to call me on either my cell phone or my room... read more
