Annoying check in process. I don't recall ever staying at a hotel that required to see two identifications for two people staying at a hotel. I know they may do this in Europe, but not in the US. There were two hotel employees, but only one computer terminal. The person processing my check in was slow.
Nice place no problems. Good stay I would stay there again.

Stayed 1 week It is near Freeway (R237) and convenient to go to mountain view. The compliment breakfast was too sweet for me. I bought bagels at Trader Joe's. But I am satisfied with the hotel.

The person who did check-in wasn't experienced in handling customers. We asked for few utensils but the representative refused to give us and explained that persons with less than a weeks stay don't get utensils. I was surprised to not even have a glass for drinking water. Tooth brush / paste were also missing in the room.
