Hotel environment The office was closed after midnight, all the lights were off and we weren't sure if we went to the right hotel. For security reason, I can see why they locked the front door after midnight, it made me feel nervous when we checked in at midnight, I didn't feel safe at all.
Mai, at the registration desk, was wonderful.

Nice clean rooms. Bed was not on an appropriate base and collapsed the first time I laid on it. I had to realign make-shift rails under bed.
When traveling to this area, stay here We've stayed at a few extended stay america locations in santa clara county. This location is the best yet. The room met our expectations, the website information was correct, especially regarding the return of the deposit, we got it back upon check out and didn't have to wait a week to ten days for a check to be mailed like the others, answers to any of our questions were answered quickly and honestly, the grounds were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. clean and quiet The hotel was clean and quiet. It is very close to 237 and 101. You have to ask the front desk for kitchen supplies like dishes and silverware because the rooms are not stocked. The "breakfast" is coffee, a muffin, and a piece of fruit, so if you need more, be prepared to shop. All in all, this was convenient and I will use this again, if I return to the area.

Hotel was Ok, but they double charged me. I spend over 2 hours on the phone to finally get resolved.
