Outstanding customer service I've done a lot of travel in my careers, however sometimes when you JUST HAVE TO GET AWAY. the timing is usually wrong...... SO you go local. CONSIDERING ANY ALTERNATIVE I was just traveling through for the price you can't beat this place. It was very clear, no noise, comfortable, and the front person was polite.

また利用してみたい 金額から考えると満足の状況でした。 立地も問題なく、部屋の清潔さ等なにも問題ありません。 部屋の清掃が通常ですと一週間に一度になるので、この点を認識しておく必要があります。 インターネットの設定等問題ありませんでした。

Quiet, clean. Some wear and tear. I cooked beef chili for a 49ers tailgate party held on the following day. There was no teflon frying pan, but I was able to keep the ground beef from sticking to the pot. There were plenty of electrical outlets for me to plug in my crock pot and my laptop computer at the same time. The Wi-Fi was easy to access and it ran at a decent speed. The room had good sound insulation from frwy 237 outside.

No food within easy/safe walking distance I didn't rent a car and arrived by Super Shuttle. The hotel was OK but I was expecting to be able to walk to someplace to get some dinner and there wasn't really anything around so it was take out for the two nights that I was there. They don't have vending machines on-site either. The only problem I had is we booked through Hotels.com and then they charged my credit at check in so I had to go back and get them to credit my account so we didn't pay twice.

Affordable place to stay for business travel I travelled to San Jose for business. I chose this location for it's central location to the two sites I was visiting. Overall I had a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I had forgotten to pack toothpaste and that was available at the front desk as a courtesy. It's nothing fancy but it works. Cons: uncomfortable pillows, old comforters (I prefer duvets with washable covers) and slow Internet connection.

It was fine The hotel was just what you'd expect, and right next to the business I was there to visit. In that respect, it was perfect. In all others, it was very very average.
