Pro: Room was clean and spacious. A little kitchenette. Front desk representatives were kind and helpful. Cons: We could hear people upstairs walking around. Grab and go breakfast was a granola and instant oat meal. No coffee in room or out in the main entrance. Only during breakfast.
No coffee maker or coffee supplies in room. When I inquired at the front desk I was promptly given coffee maker and supplies. Which did not work!

Clean, spartan, the provided breakfast was an overstatement.
