Great room, rude service. room was great, but person at reception desk/check in was rude, abrupt and not helpful. My wife had made the reservation using my credit card. but her name was on the room not mine. Even though she verified to the clerk that I was who I was, the clerk refused to let me check in and get into the room until my wife called Hotels.com and got my name put on the reservation!

Hotel was in poor condition, and next to freeway. Cheapest hotel in area and a so so value. This is Motel 6 with a better bed and better towels. Really needs a refresh.

The Hotel is nice, the front desk clerk when checking in was not very friendly she did not greet us when walking in.

Quiet and clean rooms friendly staff great value Clean rooms and friendly staff are what's most important for me. Morgan and Augustine are fantastic to work with. They are always friendly and accommodating. It's a great location in the heart of Pleasant Hill a few minutes from Bart Station access anywhere else in the Bay Area. And they do not discriminate against people with Fur. Pet friendly. Still offering smoking and non smoking rooms.
