Like the location, price and area. Disliked the people hanging out and drinking in the parking lot, the so called breakfast, and not-too-friendly staff.
Biggest complaint was room smelled like cigarettes and remote didn’t work. When I called the front desk to get a new remote they told me I need to go down to the front desk. Thyme can’t bring it to me. As petty as it may sound, if you give me a non working remote you can bring me one that works instead of me getting out of my pajamas to come get one. And if the room is a smoking room I should he given a heads up. I had to spray cologne all over the room just to tolerate it
The door was hard to open. We really had to slam into it to get it open.
Easy check in and check out. Clean property & king bed was spacious. Bare minimum but comfortable.
I liked the room. I liked the customer service when they were at the desk. I did NOT like that I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in and at check out time I needed assistance and AGAIN there was no one at the front desk to assist me! :-(
Reasonable pricing for the San Ramon area. Very strict with the distribution of daily clean bath towels which I found unnecessary.
