The stay was overall good. The only problem was that one of the dresser drawers was loose and I was unable to use it.

Very clean Nice clean no frills hotel. Good location. Good for a one night stay. Wished they would have had coffee and snack in the morning.

Need better customer service. Did not was inform about the "free WiFi" and end up getting charge for the usage, bad customer service when I ask to speake with the manager at check out. They give me his/her schedule like I have the time to wait, if I wad check out the Hotel mesn I was leaving for good, how can they expect me to wait for the manager can they solve the problem themself?..... bad customer service, they don't give you a choise and I just pay for the usage of "FREE WIFI".

Lowest style extended stay Look like they converted some low cost facility to extended stay. Not at all closer to other facilities
