Bathroom could use an upgrade The toilet tank wouldn’t refill. I had to fiddle with it each time I flushed it. Mentioned it at check out and maintenance went right up to check. it. The bathtub seems to be collapsing. It had a big dent in the bottom where water collected and wouldn’t drain. It had some damage—chips, etc. Towels small and thin. The bed was comfortable. Heater didn’t work on cold night Upon entering my room I turn the heater on and set the temperature at 74° so that I can go to sleep, but a whole hour went by and the temperature only went up 2° upon entering the room the room temperature was at 60°, due to my being tired I didn’t call the front desk after 2 AM What are they really going to do. I stayed at extended stay America West
