Smallest free breakfast & not much hot water Pros: Weather was cool. Area is quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. Across from Inn-N-Out. Nice little relieve area for your fur baby (dog). Cons: A little hard to find. Breakfast was barely anything at all, just muffins and coffee. No wonder it’s free. Flooring made of hardwood so you can hear every movement and creaking. Needs improvement. We didn’t had cold water in the bathroom sink during our stay. Had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. And the door lock of the bathroom was broken.

No coffee in the room when it has a kitchen (with no dishes at all). Microwave was broken too. Fairly clean. Staff was nice.
