Excellent Value and Professional Service. I'll be back! The quality of this room was much higher than I expected for the price. It was very spacious, had a great mini-kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes,pots and pans and eating utensils. The TV was only 19" but had a good selection of channels. My room was on the third floor and you could open the screened windows! I felt like I was in a tree house. Clean and comfortable Room was very clean. Kitchen was useful. Bed was hard. Location was good. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Mixed experience Were looking for one night accomodation in the Santa Rosa area, and chose this one because of past good experiences with Extended Stay properties and its location. Check in was a bit slow because another guest was requesting a room change becuase of an odor in his room, but then smooth. Room was small, but adequate. Relatively quiet. Because it has a kitchenette you have to wash your own dishes/glasses, but there was no dish soap to do so. Kind of makes you wonder how clean the rest of kitchenware is? Discov... read more

Decent room, terrible bed! The room was a good size and was clean. There was no shampoo in our room, which we found very odd, (nothing that a trip to k-mart didn't fix). The biggest problem was the bed was as hard as a rock. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor at my in-law's house!

Okay but far from nice Our room just had a very depressing look to it. It looked old. The very old, very used roll away bed they gave for my grandson had a deep sinking depression in the center. Luckily, he is only seven and never noticed he also wanted to stay here another night. The depressing feeling was only experienced by all three adults in the room. Front desk staff lacked professionalism There was nothing extraordinary about the hotel one way or another until the morning of our checkout. We were in town for a wedding and didn't get in until almost 3am. Checkout was scheduled for 11am, at 8am I went down to the front desk and asked if we could have an extra two hours until checkout. The girl at the desk said yes and wrote 1pm next to our room number on the maids assignment sheet that she was working on. Excellent Choice The Extended Stay Hotel North in Santa Rosa, CA, was the perfect choice for my needs. The modern kitchen made having a quick breakfast easy and pleasant. The price was definitely right with very helpful people at the front desk.

Good value for the money Nice property in a good location right near Freeway (under construction) Close to Kendall Jackson winery. Corner rooms are very nice - request when booking. Kitchen supplies very sparce. 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons as an example. TV very small for size of room. No hair dryer in room - must request it.
