Smelly hotel I chose a smoking room since there were no balconies. I only smoke on rare occasions, but wanted to be honest. The smell on the 3rd floor almost knocked me over when I got off the elevator. Then I also saw people with dogs in the hallway too. There are a lot of other hotels that don't have a problem controling odors to choose from.

Good rates for wine country I have stayed at this hotel before and the same challenges continue; internet in the guestroom is spotty and goes from great to bad in a split second which is an indication of poor internet service provider. Front desk manager is always welcoming and does her best to handle the many "hats" she is asked to do. For those on the road, the laundry facility is a great amenity and Equus Restaurant across the street has a very nice happy hour and dinner. Excellent Value and Professional Service. I'll be back! The quality of this room was much higher than I expected for the price. It was very spacious, had a great mini-kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes,pots and pans and eating utensils. The TV was only 19" but had a good selection of channels. My room was on the third floor and you could open the screened windows! I felt like I was in a tree house. Clean and comfortable Room was very clean. Kitchen was useful. Bed was hard. Location was good. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Mixed experience Were looking for one night accomodation in the Santa Rosa area, and chose this one because of past good experiences with Extended Stay properties and its location. Check in was a bit slow because another guest was requesting a room change becuase of an odor in his room, but then smooth. Room was small, but adequate. Relatively quiet. Because it has a kitchenette you have to wash your own dishes/glasses, but there was no dish soap to do so. Kind of makes you wonder how clean the rest of kitchenware is? Discov... read more

Decent room, terrible bed! The room was a good size and was clean. There was no shampoo in our room, which we found very odd, (nothing that a trip to k-mart didn't fix). The biggest problem was the bed was as hard as a rock. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor at my in-law's house!
