Decent hotel. Decent price. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Hotel & room were clean. Common areas (hallways & elevator) did smell like cigarette smoke. PUR filtration on kitchen sink was a plus. Conveniently located to freeway, fast food and grocery stores. Front desk staff interaction was minimal and not as friendly as you would like from a hotel when you're on vacation. "Grab and go" breakfast means pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, oatmeal and fruit, along with coffee, tea & hot cocoa. All in all, not a bad stay for... read more

Hard to find! The hotel staff admits most of the guests have a hard time finding the hotel. That's because there aren't any large hotel signs and the building itself is behind trees, etc. If you decide to stay there, take note. It is on the southeast corner of Fountaingrove Pkwy and Mendocino Ave. If you are heading east on the Mendocino Overcrossing, go thru the traffic light at the intersection with Mendocino Ave, and then take the next right turn (immediately after going thru the traffic light). Nice place Real nice place but horrible service from front desk and over the phone. Not professional at all nor interactive.

Excellent hotel, but difficult to find the driveway, especially at night. The sign is too high up to be easily seen from the street. A street-level sign should be placed at the driveway. Hotel staff very helpful in recommending restaurants.

Could have used the little extra of shampoo/conditioner and coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. The "breakfast" was minimul. The addition of juice, milk and small box cold cereal at the least would have been helpful.

Comfortable & nothing fancy. Friendly staff. Dish wear in kitchenette a little dirty.

Not the quietest hotel Walls and ceiling must be made out of tissue paper. You can hear absolute everything from adjoining rooms and people walking in the room above you.
