Extended Stay Hotel in Santa Rosa The recent remodel was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to freeway and shopping. It was nice to be able to stay in and cook our own meals. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful room The hotel was great, very close to the freeway and easy to get to where we needed. The room was beautiful....more than I expected. Kitchenette was very convinent and having an ironing board and iron was nice...we ended up needing it. My only complaint is that there always seems to be trash around the elevator. It's like someone would start to take it out but would either leave it in the elevator or just outside of it.

Not 5 stars but would use this hotel again for price and location. We were attending a conference so were not in the room much. We opted for the daily maid service ($3/day) and were pleased with that. We saved a lot of money by being able to make our own breakfast each day. If you want luxury, this is not it, but if you want convenience, price and location (right off 101 and easy to find) you might like this place.

Smelly hotel I chose a smoking room since there were no balconies. I only smoke on rare occasions, but wanted to be honest. The smell on the 3rd floor almost knocked me over when I got off the elevator. Then I also saw people with dogs in the hallway too. There are a lot of other hotels that don't have a problem controling odors to choose from.

Good rates for wine country I have stayed at this hotel before and the same challenges continue; internet in the guestroom is spotty and goes from great to bad in a split second which is an indication of poor internet service provider. Front desk manager is always welcoming and does her best to handle the many "hats" she is asked to do. For those on the road, the laundry facility is a great amenity and Equus Restaurant across the street has a very nice happy hour and dinner.
