Great location for us We needed to be near the Independent Living facilities in this area and this hotel is very close even though it is difficult to access from surrounding roads.

we stayed here because of location. room was very small. shower curtain wasn't clean and found garbage from previous use between bed and chair. caught my quickly, what else wasn't clean???? very expensive for what it was. breakfast is definitely lacking even for a "grab and go". would i stay here again? not sure......

No ice anywhere on the property? I was disappointed there was no ice anywhere on the property. When you're traveling by car...you need ice. The bathroom sink in our room was completely plugged up. Yuk! The bathroom is located directly across from the kitchen; a slight design flaw? Fortunately we didn't cook in the kitchen. The décor was pleasant and room was clean. Entrance to hotel had manual doors to open. Kind of tough to open when you're dragging 2 suitcases.
Business Efficient at ExStay Santa Rosa Late arrival, pleasant service, efficient and cost effective. This Extended Stay is clean and convenient for local business with proximity to the Redwood Highway and the ride back to the Bay Area. For business or slightly longer stay in the neighborhood, this ExStay is just fine.
Certainly no frills... Our room was adequate, but this is not really a hotel. They only service a room weekly, and the rooms show signs of people living longer term - burn marks on the counters and towels with permanent stains. Our group had several rooms and ours was the nicest. Others were much smaller and less well appointed. Refrigerator (full sized) was nice, but made lots of noise all night. Closets were covered with a drape - no doors. No shampoo. Price was reasonable, so still worth considering for what you get. Just... read more
