Everything was clean and neat! All staff was nice and friendly. Jamie was a really nice! I did notice later in the evening and on weeknds The front desk was not attended had to wait over 15mins 3 times for someone to come to the front desk

Really poor housekeeping! Floor and all dresser and counter surfaces, shower/toilets/sinks were not cleaned. I don’t even think the bedding was changed. I checked into the same room that I had checked out of the same day and the sheets were never changed. I cleaned the floors(swept and mopped), all surfaces in entire room, asked front desk for clean bedding and towels and prepared the room for my stay myself. Needs some refreshing. Lots of scratched furniture and cabinets. Seemed clean after inspecting many stains throughout.
