24 hour pile driving directly across the street! There was a small notice on the Front Desk apologizing for the inconvenience, but too little too late. That information needed to be on the website! A lower rate would have been a nice gesture! Prepaid and non refundable in the presence of 24 hour pile driving made me feel VERY disrespected by the BRAND. The room felt neglected and cheap. Worst stay.
Kitchen sink, tap head water sprays so heavily while washing dishes an sprays all over the top counter and also got our clothes wet Stove light turn red the whole 24hrs even though none of the cooking was done Room ply floor was sticky can feel when we bare foot Bed was comfortable
Shortage of staff, it took me 15 minutes to find someone to check me out
You don’t always get what you pay for Definitely did not look like the photos. Extended stay with nothing in the room. When requested a coffee maker they couldn’t find any coffee for the machine they had. No shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer or any amenities you would expect in a hotel. Not in the best area and no restaurants within walking distance. I would never recommend this location or stay there again. It’s a shame that what you doesn’t match up to what you get. Just very disappointing after a long drive.

Frustrating First stay was fine for the cost but the second time I stayed there were roaches in the room. This was frustrating since we were dealing with out of town medical treatment stress already.
