This hotel is surprisingly unkempt and dirty. Unusable shower. Cheap linens. Loud rooms off the freeway and street.

I didn't even have toilet paper in the room when I got there. THE HAND RAILS AND DECKING OUTSIDE THE ROOMS DIRTY. TV didn't work right.

Our room was dirty and had a bad odor from not being sanitized properly. Bedsheet were smelly and stained. One night light was missing a lamp and the other was broken. Bathtub looked dirty as well. We decided not to stay overnight; went back to the lobby to inform them of the condition of our room and requested to have our money refunded. The said to contact Expedia for refund.

Their website advertises free breakfast, and is nothing more than breakfast bar and coffee on the go, there is no ice machine in the property, unit was dirty, television reception was poor. All together the stay was not a pleasant one. We arrived late at nite and the individuals hanging around the office were suspect.

Low budget Basic no frills. This place needs an update. Be aware that it's right next to the freeway and noisy. Good A/C. Elevator. It was clean. This motel is frequently overbooked. I got a room this time but won't bother to book again.

The bathroom didn't have shampoo nor conditioner, it was necessary to request it to the lobby if you needed. That is completely non acceptable. I will not repeat.
