I stay 2 nights and no service to claen the room. You need to take dert towel for exchange. Terible shower, no water presure at all. AC too close to the bed and your feet get cold.

Room was dirty Items left in bathroom by previous tenent, spill in the fridge, hair in the bed and dresser. We asked for clean sheets to change our own and they didn't have any!! That was a deal breaker.

Savannah Extended Stay - Not recommended Although I am fine with my stay at this hotel (nothing bad happened per se), I wouldn't go back if I had the choice. The room was okay, though not very clean. My hotel phone didn't work. The rooms are not cleaned unless you stay longer than 7 days. The biggest problem was the other hotel guests. Do NOt Stay The extior and the lobby of the hotel is nice, the rooms were dirty and old. Bugs along the window and AC system

Do Not Stay Here Checked in at 8:30 pm to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Quickly received a new room. Reserved one non smoking queen room received smoking with two doubles. Bought air sanitizer spray to try to reduce awful odor. Shower knob black from mildew. Water had awful odor like its out of the river. Toenails on bed frame. Beds disgustingly stained. I about puked. Only reason I could tolerate to sleep here is cause I brought my own bedding and knew it was clean. Great location, awful establishment.

Hotel in Savannah Midtown There was a cockroach in our room, attendant acted as if they didn't beleive us. I askede for a discount and was ignored. I would not reccommend this sight to anyone I know. I have stayed at other extened stay and never had a problem.

Manager was uncooperative I made this reservation for my elderly parents and clearly stated when i made it that they would require a 1st floor room. When they arrived to check in, there were no 1st floor rooms available. The nice attendant at the desk tried her best to help. The problem was that there were no clean rooms and there was no housekeeping staff on the property because it was Thanksgiving Day. :-( Upon check in I was told there wasn't a request for non-smoking, though ALL of my confirmation paper work showed non-smoking. I was given a room that was supposed to be non-smoking that smelled like a bar and hadn't been vacuumed, but it was the only room available. At least the sheets appeared to be clean.
