EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE!!! Does anyone here feel that housekeeping is an amenity? On a three night stay I was informed only after inquiry that this hotel doesn't provide housekeeping on any stay less than a week without a fee. The fee was paid and the service was still NOT PERFORMED!!! In addition, due to an error made by the front desk , a member of my party staying in another room was awakened at 3am and asked to CHANGE ROOMS for an after hours check in!!! awful place to stay!!! Do not stay in the hotel! It is an awful place to stay. If you are looking to stay in Midtown savannah, do not stay here. there are other hotels nearby. Do NOT book a night here.

Obs INTE ett hotell Hotellet ligger i de fattigare delarna av inre Savannah. Vi missade att det var ett extended stay och det faktum att vi inte talar om ett hotell. Priset vi betalade var dock i paritet med de stora hotelkedjorna varav vi inte reflekterade över det... förrän vi kom dit. I stort sett alla vi träffade där bodde där för en längre period. Rummen städas bara under vistelsen om man bor längre än 8 dagar och då en gång i veckan. Detta innebär att de har hög belastning på rummen(många övernattningar) samtidigt som ... read more

extended stay review everything is old outdated and dirty the hotel room smelled very uncomfortable bed although the staff was very nice would not recommend staying there

Ok for the price. The Hotel was little Smelly. Carpets was dirty and room furniture are very old and dirty. May be that is why Price is cheap.

Smokers Paradise I reserved a non smoking, double bed room. Upon entering, the room smelled like it had not been aired in ages-like people had been smoking in it non stop for decades. Beds had cheap bedspreads that did not even stay on the bed while sleeping. Breakfast served was just cold cereal and muffins to go. Very disappointed.

Not a great location The main reason I rated this on the negative side is the location - it's right on the seam of a transitional part of town and is surrounded by quick loan & cash places as well as pawn shops (there are several right next door). As a lone female traveler, I was not thrilled about coming back after dark or about leaving my car parked there overnight.
