Good room for the money, but a couple issues I stayed there for one weekend. Don't expect a responsive front desk. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting to check in and was the only person there. Throughout my stay I saw everyone that had to use the front desk was in the same situation. The room was clean enough. It's definitely nice getting a full kitchen and free wifi that isnt all that slow for so cheap. My BIG issue though is that someone went in my room while I was gone during the day. I didnt pay for housekeeping ... read more
Good value hotel, with some minor issues We spent 5 nights at this hotel recently, and the place was reasonably priced for having a full kitchen, and it was also only a 10 minute drive from there to downtown Savannah. Another plus was having both a Publix grocery store and a higher-end Fresh Market within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, which was quite convenient! On the first night, as we were preparing to leave for dinner in town, we discovered that the door to our room would not close and lock properly. We immedi... read more
I would have given it a 4 The staff was helpful and friendly. The room looked super clean and nicely decorated. The problem was the bedding. The sheets and pillow cases smelled like dirty laundry.
just barely ok Upon arrival a request was made for another room because the first room had a terrible odor. When we got the 2nd room, there was leftover food in the fridge that hadn't been cleaned out. We received one very tiny bottle of shampoo the entire time with no conditioner. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned once. The smoke detector right above the bed was like a strobe light flashing all night long to where I couldn't sleep. the towels were very, very rough as was the tissues that ran out and were not r... read more
Nice hotel Close to historic district, god value and nice location
Quiet Place For a Night Stayed 1 night. Found hair in the shower and toilet. Other than that, nice staff and comfortable room.
Okay but spartan and noisy This "stick built" hotel offers paper thin walls/floors and no amenities. Though the property is not that old, things seemed to be well used in our rooms. We didn't use the kitchenette but glad we didn't need it because the fridge was a bit dirty and the size of appliances left much to be desired. Grab and go breakfast was okay but offered scant choices. We could have added $50-75 to the rate we were charged and stayed in a much better property downtown.
Everything was nice as it should be. Came into town for a race. Hotel was clean. Enjoyed my stay there.
