Wedding in Savannah Checking in was wonderful, Caroline was working the front desk and was very helpful. Getting coffee the next morning was a joke. At 9 am I went to the front lobby to get some coffee and it was out. The girl working the front desk said breakfast ends at 9:30 and she did not want to make more coffee. I said REALLY....Told her I would not stay here again. There was coffee out when we checked in at 3pm and she did not want to bother herself with making more. Hotel with Average Quality Room & Service For the price point of this hotel, the quality and cleanliness of the room was average. The room had a musty odor when we arrived. The shower/tub in the bathroom looked like it had never been clean. Black dirt stained the bottom; the toilet had some stains under the bowl. The shower had leaked and watered the whole bathroom. If you are traveling with a pet. We needed to go to the Hospital for my 90 year old father to have "out Patient" surgery. He wanted to stay close by and drive back the next day. He also wanted his beloved dog to join us. This motel was close and allowed pets. The room was at best fair but the staff was really great.The location was very convenient.
avg stay Clean hotel but not a normal extended stay. No dishes or coffee maker in room. They did bring a coffee maker upon request but no cups. When you go down for coffee there is no cream. only flavored cream. When I asked I was told "No but a lot of people ask for it" Common sense tells me if a lot of people ask, you should have it.
The Extended Comfort Any issues that surfaced were remedied very quickly and professionally.
Review Good place to stay. Needs better TV channel package.
Good place to stay Great room for your money, friendly service, clean room, and close to everything. I will stay there again!
