Pleasant stay Will definitely stay again. This was my second stay since hotel was remodeled 2-3yrs ago. Upgrades are great and beds comfortable. Plus hotel is centrally located in Savannah making it easy for me to visit family. Rooms come with everything you need except silverware.

Nice hotel Nothing too special. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to sights and downtown.

Not like a hotel or inn. Offered no condiments. No ice trays for the frig and no hot water.

Housekeeping sketchy even though you pay extra, but they had no problem refunding the fee.

Wedding in Savannah Checking in was wonderful, Caroline was working the front desk and was very helpful. Getting coffee the next morning was a joke. At 9 am I went to the front lobby to get some coffee and it was out. The girl working the front desk said breakfast ends at 9:30 and she did not want to make more coffee. I said REALLY....Told her I would not stay here again. There was coffee out when we checked in at 3pm and she did not want to bother herself with making more. Hotel with Average Quality Room & Service For the price point of this hotel, the quality and cleanliness of the room was average. The room had a musty odor when we arrived. The shower/tub in the bathroom looked like it had never been clean. Black dirt stained the bottom; the toilet had some stains under the bowl. The shower had leaked and watered the whole bathroom.
