Alarming Situation Upon arrival, hotel said all rooms were filled even though I had a reservation. The first thing I was told is that I had nowhere to stay. Eventually I was told they would try to help me find somewhere else to stay and hopefully there was something open. This was incredibly alarming at around 10pm far away from my home and without a car. Stayed at a different hotel the first night. Second night was fine, no shampoo, fridge was disgusting. I loved my stay and the helpfulness of the staff. I had a great experience. There is nothing else to say except it was great.
It's OK but it was sufficient It was OK for an overnight stay.
