Very quiet and convenient location, great staff, BUT, the room was not in good shape. Some examples: a strong musty odor hit me every time I entered room, and permeated my clothes after 2 days; very obvious stains and hair remaining in bathroom after last guest; bathroom fan so noisy and imbalanced that I thought it would wake folks in adjacent rooms; melted cover plate on electrical outlet at kitchen table; filthy carpet with what appeared to be pet food kibbles scattered about. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable.

At my check in time the office was inidated with people checking in and out. The staff was professinal and curtious.

Meh It was an extended stay I've been to quite a few times. Guy manning the front was courteous. House keeping seemed kind. Bed was cozy. But, this was my first time dealing with a bed with food in it, 3 roaches, and what I can only imagine was blood in the tub.

Customer service was awesome. Very accommodating people working the front desk and the location is 15 min from downtown Seattle
