位置優良、價格低廉,但不會推薦 這家旅館的優點是位置十分便利且價格方面在Bellevue 這區有著非常高的優勢。 我必須聲明,我並不討厭這間飯店,但我認為他有很多改善的空間。 這趟西雅圖是家庭旅行,如果再讓我選一次,我會願意花2倍的錢帶我的家人去住更好的(或是評價更高的)旅館。也因為他的價格是當初考量的因素之一,所以在入住後我並沒有特別抱怨—除了整潔衛生這部分。 1.房間的濕氣跟霉味很重,必須一直開著空調來降低不適感。 2.這是一個有提供簡易廚房與餐具的旅館,但並不是所有的餐具與廚具都直接擺在房間裡,你必須到前檯拿,而一部分已經放置在房間裏的餐具,是有點油膩的。 3.這是一間有提供自助洗衣的飯店,飯店的洗衣機與烘衣機各必須投入2塊,也就是總共4塊、總共16個25分(機器只接受quarter )。但住宿期間我洗了兩次衣服,兩次櫃台都告訴我沒辦法換零錢(甚至第二次洗衣時我缺四個quarter,櫃台也告訴我沒有辦法)。 好的,我能理解可能真的沒有零錢,可能是真的連四個25分都沒有,但如果沒有辦法換零錢,為何不在機器旁邊放個刷卡機呢?旅館提供販賣飲料與零食的販賣機都能刷卡,洗衣機與烘衣機卻不行,這顯得有些諷刺。 同時,自助洗衣的環境也挺髒亂的,我... read more

Our stay little muffins and granola bars for breakfast is substandard. Main Office area was very dirty, also witnessed a guest have to come down and get a plunger to unclog their toilet cause she was told they do not have anyone to do that. No maid service with out a fee during our stay caused my Husband to have to go down and get new towels. The Location of the hotel is nice.

They didn’t come in to clean our room once and we weren’t even given a ‘do not disturb’ sign. Even though there is a kitchenette in the room, we did not have any pots and pans, silverware, plates, or dish soap. They didn’t even have the plastic cups that usually come with a coffee maker in the room. The sink drain in the kitchen smelled like cigarette smoke also. We were also unable to find an ice machine and there was no ice tray in the freezer either. However, the shower was very nice and had great water pressure. The bed ... read more
