The rooms were clean and the staff we nice. However we booked a room for 4 people. Our room included a queen size bed and pull out couch when we arrived there was no bddding for the couch. We had to wait till 6pm to get clean bedding as there was only 1 staff member working. We also had to ssk and wait for cups, plates and cutlery. The front desk obviously knew we had 4 guests so this should have been communicated but I I've heard another guests saying he had the same problem. They need more staff in the pm. Although i liked the convenience and how quiet it was. The smell of feet and corn chips aroma when you enter the room was overbearing... even after turn on the air to try and air it out, the smell wouldn't go away.
The staff was great!
