Nice Upgrades for Pet-Friendly Hotel! I was really surprised. It was a nice room for the price. We did have to pay an additional $25/pet for our 1 nite stay w/our 2 dogs, but the room was very comfortable & spacious! Will definitely book w/Extended Stay again!

We actually had to be moved to their sister hotel because they only had a smoking room available instead of what we booked. The second hotel was nice but we had to get a roll away bed rather than a pull out couch. Everything turned out pretty good but it’s a little unfortunate that we paid for one thing but got something else. The staff at both hotels were very helpful though!

The property was ok for the price and just a quick overnight trip. The heating in our room never fully kicked on and we had to set it at 70° to make it tolerable. Otber than that the stay was good. It was quiet; which we appreciated.

Will not return My reservation was lost so my family had to be split into two rooms. One of those rooms had a funny smell and water all over the cupboard under the sink. So had to move rooms. Not a lot a help with lost reservation and no compensation.

When we arrived at the property the attendant let me know that Expedia had overbooked and we in fact DID NOT have a room. She said Expedia didn't give them my phone number so she had no way of contacting us. She called the Extended Stay across the freeway & so we went there.The attendant there accidentally recharged my room for the stay, at their cost, not Expedia's.
