Hair everywhere! In our first room the heater fan was so loud we had to be moved to another room. The second room had black hairs everywhere. The bathroom especially. Spilled some water on the rug by the bed, cleaned it up with a towel the ended up looking like a black hairball when done.

The women at the desk was very rude when I asked if I could check in before 3:00 pm. I returned prior to 3:00 pm and there was another person was being checked in. There was another person at the desk who checked me in and was very pleasant.
Okay the check-in was easy the room was clean amenities were fine the only issue I had was when I was leaving I was on the second floor apparently there's a disgruntled room attendant cleaner because he was saying some foul stuff talking about the front desk and the guests and how they can kiss ass cuz he don't have to..i was waiting for the elevator and he was cleaning a room nearby and talking pretty loudly... but "Bri" at the front desk was real helpful and friendly..
