Check in was very slow. The person checking me in held my friend and I at the desk for 10-15 minutes telling us random stories before finally giving us our key. He also told us that there would be an extra $10 fee because they overbooked the hotel and had to move us to a newer room. The room had trim that was missing and didn’t seem like it was complete. Luckily, at check out, I explained this to a different clerk. She refunded me for $10 and apologized. I didn’t want to be held responsible for missing trim. I don’t know if ... read more

After numerous flight delays, we found herself needing a hotel. I booked this the night before. It served its purpose, but the room was pretty basic not that I expected much more however, being said it was an extended stay with a fridge and a cooktop. We had a few Donald Trump items that need to go back in the fridge and in a the freezer until we further our way home the next day.
